Turn around time
All items are ready to ship unless otherwise stated. Orders will ship within 7 days of purchase date.
Preorders take anywhere from 4-6 weeks to process + 3-5 days of shipping.
All items under 14oz ship with USPS first class mail. A tracking number is provided VIA email once your item has shipped. Check your order confirmation email for the tracking number. If that doesn’t work, send us an email with “TRACKING REQUEST + ORDER NUMBER”

All international packages are shipped via USPS International First Class Package and range anywhere from $15-$30. Once these packages leave the US, tracking ends. You will be responsible for your countries sales tax/duties as well as any customs fees acquired. Packages returned by customs will not be refunded. Should you want your packages resent, you will incur additional shipping fees.

Damaged/ Lost Mail
It is the customers responsibility to track all items. 9 TwentyFive Kids is not liable for damaged/lost/or stolen packages. If you think your package has been lost in transit please contact your local post office or visit the link below.

Returns/ Exchanges/ Order changes
Returns / Refunds are not accepted at this time. We do however offer exchanges within 5 days of delivery confirmation. There will be no exceptions on exchange timeframe. Exchanges will be offered for items returned unworn, and unwashed. To request an exchange please email contact
Discounts/Credits are not valid on previous purchases. Codes must be present at the time of checkout. We cannot go back and edit your transaction. Only one discount code may be used at a time.
